I love the expression of her face! her eyes are so amazing! great work on drawing :clap:
what did you use the pigment liner for? and why did you use the permanent marker for the darkest parts? I think you would see the lines of it on the paper when you draw. hope you know what I mean ;)

Thanks for the comment, glad you like it :)
I used the pigment liner and permanent markers for the hair and a bit around the eyes, just coz that was the first thing I picked up when I started drawing and yeah you could kind of see the lines so I went over it with a black pencil. Hope that answers the questions

the icture of your drawing looks great, so I definitely canot see thel lines of the marker.
at the moment I work on a project with big black areas so I was thinking about on how to draw them. do you think charcoal is better than permanent markers?

Yeah charcoal is good and you’ll be able to get dark shadows really easily. But it can get a little messy sometimes (or maybe that’s a problem only I have, I don’t know) so I like to use charcoal pencils instead of the little sticks
